Ryser smoke recipe #1
Ingredients
- 1 cup coarse salt
- 1/2 cup black pepper
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1/4 cup granulated garlic
- 1/4 cup granulated onion
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp tumeric
- 1/4 cup beef bullion
- If you want kick to it then it would be to add
For spicy:
- 1/4 cup chili power And/or
- 1/4 cup cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Rub this on a pork shoulder, or a brisket, or anything else meat like prior to smoking or grilling.
