Ryser smoke recipe #1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coarse salt
  • 1/2 cup black pepper
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1/4 cup granulated garlic
  • 1/4 cup granulated onion
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 1/4 cup beef bullion
  • If you want kick to it then it would be to add

For spicy:

  • 1/4 cup chili power And/or
  • 1/4 cup cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Rub this on a pork shoulder, or a brisket, or anything else meat like prior to smoking or grilling.
