One Pan Curry Chicken
An americanized make-ahead.
Ingredients
- Broccoli enough to fill the bottom of a glass pan (9x13)
- Chicken - whatever you want. I use chicken breasts, about 2 lbs.
- 24 oz sour cream
- 1 or 2 can cream of chicken - you could substitute a cream of broc if you want.
- 2 T of lemon juice
- 2 T of curry powder
- Grated cheddar - about a pound
Instructions
- Sour cream, cream of soups, curry powder, lemon juice.
- Steam broccoli until tender
- Cube chicken breast and fry, season to taste,
- Layer the glass pan with the broccoli.
- Layer chicken breast over that.
- Pour sauce over.
- Add grated cheddar.
- Cover pan with foil to prevent cheese from drying out.
- Bake at 350 until internal temp reaches 165.
- Serve over rice
