Beef Brisket BBQ
- 4-5 pound well-trimmed boneless beef brisket
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke
- 1 bay leaf, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Rub meat with salt. Place in ungreased baking dish, 13 1/2 x 9 x 2 inches. Stir together remaining ingredients; pour over meat, cover tightly; bake in 325 oven 3 hours or until tender.
