German Onion Chicken
- 2 large onions
- 3 chicken breasts or thighs
- 470 ml (2 cups) beef broth
- 100 g (1 cup) Swiss cheese or any
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 2 tbs all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried sage
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown onions
- Remove Onions and place in bowl
- Cube Chicken, combine with sage, thyme, a tsp of olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Brown Chicken
- Remove Chicken Chicken
- Combine remaining ingredients with chicken, cook until cheese evenly coats
