Potato Cheese Pan-bread
Ingredients
- 90g strong flour (bread flour)
- 55g milk
- Salt
- 10g unsalted butter
Instructions
- Combine above. Knead for 5 minutes into ball.
- Refigerate for 1 hour.
- Boil a potato. mash it. Add 2 tablespoons mayo.

- Roll out the dough with a cold rolling pin as thinly as possible, using splashes of olive oil to keep it from sticking to the counter
- Add a layer of mozarella cheese in the middle of the rolled out wrap
- Add layer of the potato mash

- Fold edges over to form a crunchwrrap. Pinch shut.
- Fry on low heat (pan buttered) until sides are golden brown. Flipping to get both!
