Potato Cheese Pan-bread

Ingredients

  • 90g strong flour (bread flour)
  • 55g milk
  • Salt
  • 10g unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Combine above. Knead for 5 minutes into ball.
  2. Refigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Boil a potato. mash it. Add 2 tablespoons mayo.
