Frozen Chicken Breast Pancake
Ingredients
- 1 frozen chicken breast
- 1 Shallot
- 2 potatoes
- 1 Egg
- Season with salt and black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 200 g (7 oz. ) Mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter (optional)
- Parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Leave chicken breast frozen. Grate it.
- Slice up a shallot
- Grate 2 pottatoes
- Mix everything together in a bowl
- Flatten into a large thin patty with two plates
- Pan fry for 15-17 minutes on one side covered (lowish heat)
- Flip using a plate. Pan fry another 15-17 minutes.
